With more than 20 years as a licensed massage therapist, Elizabeth has this to say:

My technique is unique as our family primary care consisted of chiropractors and I carry an innate understanding of the structural and muscular systems. My work consists mainly of neuromuscular technique, micro-muscle manipulation, and a variation of trigger point therapy.

"I have both heat and ice for old or inflamed challenges and often will pull out my tuning forks for a fast and gentle result. My cream is unscented with just 5 ingredients: aloe vera, olive oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter and cosmetic grade bees wax."
